Razor/shaver

I’m looking to replace my electronic shaver that I have since 06!!
I’m looking for the “CLOSEST SHAVE”!! I can pay up to $150.
What do you recommend?
I’m thinking now between:
1) Panasonic ES8043SC
2) Braun Series 3 370 Men’s Shaver.
